2 boxes saved up from my friends
the beautiful pieces of soul they
gave to me.
3 boxes for me filling the empty space
between my feet and my heart.

Raped up in carton paper and tape,
the mix of spices, plastic and
old scented clothes rises up
to the amount of a lifetime
spent in memories and regrets,
hopes and expectations.

I see my life packed before me
mounted into the truck
that will take me to the next place
of the adventure of life.
